The Activated Alumina Ball is a good packing media as air & gas desiccant/dryers for distillation plant and other chemical process.
The Activated Alumina Ball is applied for absorption the water and TBC (Tert butyl catehol) to purify the styrene, butadiene, cyclohexan, etc. during production.
So not only this ball has the same characteristics of heat resistance and high mechanical strength as inert alumina ball, but also it can function as desiccant, filter, disperser of liquid and vapor, cover and support for catalyst.
